How to confirm compatibility
Search the printer model or cartridge number on our website. For additional confirmation, email a clear photo of the printer model label or current cartridge label to jeff@cjyinternational.com.
If CJY recommends the wrong cartridge
If CJY’s published compatibility information or direct written recommendation identifies the wrong cartridge for the printer model you provided, contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery. Keep the cartridge, packaging, shipping carton, and order information. CJY will arrange an approved replacement or refund under the published return policy.
What the guarantee requires
The complete printer model supplied by the customer must be accurate and the delivered item must match the CJY order confirmation. The guarantee does not cover an incorrect printer model supplied by the customer, regional firmware restrictions not disclosed before ordering, damage, misuse, depleted cartridges, or orders obtained from another seller.
