Shipping & returns
Clear shipping, return, and refund terms for CJY International printer-supply orders.
U.S. shipping
All toner and drum orders include free standard shipping within the contiguous United States. Accessory-only orders include free standard shipping at $49 or more; a $6.95 standard shipping charge applies below $49 and is displayed before payment. In-stock orders will normally be processed within 1–2 business days after payment and verification, with estimated carrier transit of 3–7 business days. Out-of-stock products are not available for online checkout. P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories are not included unless checkout specifically offers service to that address.
Tracking and delivery
Customers will receive an order confirmation and tracking information at the email address entered during checkout. Customers are responsible for a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us immediately for an address change or cancellation; after a carrier accepts the shipment, changes or cancellation cannot be guaranteed.
Returns
Contact us within 14 calendar days of delivery to request authorization, then return an approved item within 7 calendar days after authorization. Non-defective change-of-mind returns must be unopened, unused, and include the original packaging. Opened toner, drum units, or other imaging supplies are generally not returnable except where required by law. The customer pays approved return shipping unless the item is verified as damaged, incorrect, or defective. Do not send any item without authorization.
Damaged, incorrect, or defective deliveries
Report damage, an incorrect item, a suspected defect, or an incorrect CJY compatibility recommendation within 7 calendar days of delivery. Keep the product, retail packaging, shipping carton, and all accessories. We may request photographs, serial-number information, and carrier documentation. CJY International pays approved return or replacement shipping for verified damaged, incorrect, defective, or incorrectly recommended deliveries.
Refund timing
After an approved return is received and inspected, CJY International will normally issue the approved refund to the original payment method within 5 business days. Banks and card issuers may require an additional 5–10 business days to post the credit.
