Shipping & returns

Clear fulfillment information will be shown before every live purchase. The store is currently in test mode and cannot accept real orders.

Current launch status

The Stripe checkout links currently operate in test mode. No real payment or order is accepted through those links. Final shipping coverage, processing times, and return terms will be activated before live checkout opens.

Planned U.S. shipping

CJY International plans to offer free standard shipping to eligible U.S. addresses. The available service, geographic coverage, processing time, estimated delivery window, and any address restrictions will appear during live checkout.

Tracking and delivery

When live ordering begins, customers will receive an order confirmation and tracking information at the email address entered during checkout. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

Returns

Do not ship a product back without contacting us first. A return authorization and the final return instructions must be issued before any return. Product condition, serial number, packaging, accessories, and the reason for return may affect eligibility.

Damaged, incorrect, or defective deliveries

Contact us promptly and keep the product, retail packaging, shipping carton, and all accessories. We may request photographs, serial-number information, and carrier documentation before approving a replacement or return.
