Warranty eligibility can depend on the exact model, serial number, country of origin, and intended sales region.
Verification before launch
CJY International is verifying the warranty status of each Galaxy Tab A11 configuration before accepting live orders. We will not represent a unit as covered by a U.S. Samsung warranty unless that coverage has been confirmed for the exact product offered.
Manufacturer coverage
Any manufacturer warranty is provided by the manufacturer and is subject to its own eligibility rules, exclusions, regional requirements, and service procedures. Product pages and checkout disclosures will identify confirmed coverage before a live purchase.
Keep your records
Customers should retain the CJY International order confirmation, product serial number, retail packaging, and all included documentation. These items may be required for support, a return, or a warranty claim.
